I have been searching for the name of this singer for a long time now and nobody seems to knoww who she is. This is where I heard it:

When my parents bought our first computer back in 96, it came with the windows 95 cd(the operating system disc). This disc also had a game(Hover) and various music videos(one by Weezer, the one when they are in the "Happy Days" episode). There was also this one video(the one i'm talking about) that I liked. It was a lady with medium-long black hair. She was wearing a red, long sleeved shirt, and some light blue jeans. The music video took place outside in a city while it was raining. Some of the lirics that I remeber are as follows: "You don't even have to try, it comes easy for you, the way you (forgot the words) it could make me cry. Oh i'm driving with my friends, in boby's big old beat up truck". Then she goes of to saying "Good times, bad times, give me some of that....".

Does it sound farmiliar? I would really appreciate some help!!
