Cainer = Stoner/Pot Head
Cained = Stoned

It is a British term but I thought the meaning would have been obvious......

Meddle is VERY close to number 1 with songs like A Pillow of Winds, Fearless, One of These Days (I'm going to cut you into little pieces) and of course Echoes! Great CD, but it doesn't compare to the Dead show.
