I know there's some folks around here who have heard me rant and rave about how freakin' good ekoostik hookah is who haven't really gotten to hear them that much. Well, starting this sunday, at 9 PM Eastern, you'll get a chance.

They're gonna broadcast one set from one hookah show every sunday. All you need is windows media player, and I'm told they've tested it on systems as slow as 33.6

oh yeah, they're gonna be at centennial terrace when I'm gonna be at bonnaroo. Kind of a shame, I really love that venue. Real lax secruity. hmmm.....maybe they'll play lax?

Thats what I was talkin about.......didnt know you Columbus peoples knew anything about centennial terrace and all, being as it is really low key. Maybe I will see you there (and not know it). They pretty much expect people to blaze up, or they did last year when they played at Univ. of Toledo. Ill be the one there smokin some shwagg......because I havent been able to find anything great in this city.....

well, i was at the centennial terrace show last year. I'm not so much a columbus people as I am a hookah people. I see those boys every chance I get, which has been 43 times in the last year and a half or so. But check out this thread for more info on these cats.

Best band in the world until phish comes back on tour, although the trey anastasio band sure does give'em a run for their money.

Hookah is quite the band! I tuned in for Hookah Hour and I must say, they are a very good band. I have no idea what the song names are, but the second song of the set was phenomenal! I'll be tuning in next week!

i just looked at the setlist from that show and the second song should have been a tune called Raging River. the show was the second set from the house of blues in chicago from 10/26/01. from looking at the setlist i'm wondering why i've never gone to chicago for a house of blues show, that setlist raged! i'm glad to know that at least one person tuned in and dug it. if you got any questions, psycho donkey, about song names, feel free to ask. i know just about all their tunes and if you remember a line i'll probably know it.

Well thanks for the kind words. I have a question, not song related, I missed Hookah's set today is there anyway to listen to it or do they only play during the Hookah hour? I was looking forward to it then I had to go for dinner. BLAST!

asfar as i know thats the only time they broadcast it. i've done a little bit of looking and i can't even find what set it was so i couldn't even find you a copy of it. oh well, theres always next week.
