All those bands are good but only one band is the Ultimate Weed Group.

with a close second being Cypress Hill

Ill give Bob Marley third even though some could argue he is the best but I would say he is defitely the pioneer but BTNH and Cypress Hill mastered the art.

I really hate the label "stoner bands". I guess that description only belongs to those pathetic bands who base their entire music about getting stoned.

I really LOVE the label "stoner bands", it really lays it on the line. Some more bands I enjoy listening to to ENHANCE my mood are:

Tool (for me anyway... so many subtle textures and energies can be picked up when stoned, your soul is taken to a completely different realm... esp. Lateralus and or Salival)
The Mahavishnu Orchestra

Death in Vegas
Anything Classic Rock
And finally, the BEST music to listen to when stoned (if you are a musician)...... Music made by you and friends in a smoky room.

For me, stoned music is all about the groove, the moment, and feeling good.
