Alright. I used to be a devoted metal head, but when i started smokin that all changed drastically. I cannot get enough of jam Bands. Has anyone else out there fallen in love with Dispatch as much as I have? Theres nothing like having a nice buzz and absolutely GROOVING to them on a nice system. If you haven heard Dispatch, i HIGHLY recomment these songs, in order of excellence:

1)Here we go
2)Elias
3)Open up
4)Flying horses
5)The General

Sorry, I had to come and edit this a 2nd time after listening to Flying Horses. Man that is a wicked song, I just love the harmonica, and then how it picks up the pace a minute or so into the song

dispatch is a damn good band..not enough people know about them. another song of theirs i like is "bulletholes"

I love the lead singers voice....its almost as if it has like a "built in echo" or something. Yeah man, Flying Horses is one of those songs that may never be your favorite, but youll never forget it

Oddly enough, I have not heard of this band before. Can anyone describe the type of music they play?

Perhaps I will get my hands on a show of theirs and give them a listen.

I'm telling all you dispatch fans, go check out the lost trailers. My roommate last year turned me on to them, and he listened to dispatch/guster/phish/DMB...I'm telling you, the Lost Trailers is a freaking awesome band. Check them out. NOW.

Soybomb, THey are like a jam band with differences. Some describe them as sounding like phish as fugitives (i know, right?) The songs tell a story. THe singer has a unique voice. Each song has "layers" almost. THey will switch from chill and quiet to excited and fast (see Flying Horses). Its so hard to describe them, just download some of it
