Both bands are overrated. But compared to current mainstream music theyre way above average. I live in Canada though, so nope.

Hmmm.... I kind of agree with you. Queens of the Stone Age aren't really that overrated. Sure "No One Knows" got overplayed, but they are an awesome rock band. As you said, they are A LOT better than the crap that's infesting mainstream music. I am not really into that type of music as I once was, so.....
