i used to really like the foo fighters, then i started to lose interest in them, but lately, with their new album it's started to get back to the same ol wicked tunes

Ive seem then live, Twice.

First time was after release of the album with learn to fly on it, it was cool.
Second time was just this past january, pretty cool to the the huge crowd, but just one of my favourite at da mo.
Recently though, i think they have gotten too pop oreintated, thought dave would of learn something off kurt, but ive only recently heard their released stuff, not much of the their other stuff on the album

...thought i would add my thoughts to the thread.

I've seen them three times:

-once in a small club, which was awesome...shortly after their second had been released

-second time in a larger venue with more bands...good once again; especially because at the beginning of a few songs Dave played drums along with Taylor(on a second kit that had been covered)...he showed him up!

-third time was at Edgefest or Summersault at Molson Park in Barrie, Ontario, Canada....not as good this time, due to ****ty sound, but they still blew away most of the other bands that day

I think their albums have been becoming progressively worse; the first album was perfect and now I only like a handful of songs on the new one. I agree with whoever said they are more pop oriented now...definetely.
