|  free Wailers concert Last night I went to a free Wailers concert. It was by far the best show I've ever been too...and you can't beat the price. It was supposed to kick off the outdoor season at PromoWest, but rain moved it inside. The crowd was quite an eclectic group with all ages and types represented.
