I am a pretty big Manson fan, and will be as long as he keeps up putting out albums like the new one. He hasn't had an amazing album since Antichrist Superstar, but they have all been fairly solid and (for lack of a better word) Mansonesque. I like them much in the same way as I like AC/DC, The Cult, and other bands that will always have pretty much the same general sound (formulaic, maybe but I like it) and fairly solid lyrics behind them. MM is very good at sounding like themselves, and I appreciate that. As always, I can't wait to see them this summer, as the live show is great theater. Seeing Manson live is always an experience worth having *making the horns sign with hand in the air*

I've always liked Manson. Haven't heard the new one yet, but I'll bet it's good enough. I thought Holywood was his best album so far. The Fight Song & Disposable Teens are excellent songs., probably my favorites. All the singles from Holywood have great videos also. Just got the new live dvd...Excellent! The bonus 30 min. film- The Death Parade is mighty wacky also!

I couldn't agree more. I just wondered others view. Hollywood. Was one of my faves too. He went on High times and did the Cover. And said with that album he smoked a little in the studio. I think that's why its a little laid back... LOL..

i've always been a fan of his music. and despite what ppl may think manson is a quite intelligent and clever dude. and his music always been at worst good. he is a show man and so it always been. my favourite record by him is by far antichrist superstar and mechanical animals being my least favourite. the rest of the albums somewhere in between.
this far the new album seems to be quite good.

I like the older Marilyn Manson stuff.. from Portrait of an American family up to Mechanical Animals. After that.. I didn't really enjoy the music. In Holywood, I enjoyed a song or two, but not many.

I used to listen to Manson when I went boarding. Went to one of his concerts up in Denver, thought it was a great show. I guess i'm gonna have to check out some of his newer stuff. I kind of lost track of him a few yrs back

I've been a Manson fan every since the first time I heard "Sweet Dreams" way back in the day. I even had the pleasure of seeing him live, on Halloween night of all times!!! Can't say I'm overly crazy about the newest album, but everything up to the current album gets my stamp of approval.
