Download "Billy Bong Thorton" from the Half Baked soundtrack. It ties with Stairway to Heaven, Smoke Two Joints and Comfortably Numb as best songs to get stoned to.

I don't think this comes close...

Cypress hill weed songs are classics and are the equivalent to any rock song.

On Kazaa there is a video with the same title and artist you said. Some guy takes a hit from the bong, but then something happens. Looks like he takes the bowl out. A bubbling sound occurs and this huge green mass goes into his mouth and he coughs. It's really funny. That's what I thought this was about.
