Not trying to be mean.. but the Shaft themesong was done by Isaac Hayes (voice of chef from South Park)

Lol, it's easy to get them mixed up though.. They both have somewhat the same deep, resonant bass voice... and can both sing deep and seductive...

Barry White is best known for his seductive songs.. which at many many many times I assure have been listend to during sex.. lol

Though not a great "changer" of music, Barry had a great impact on people's lives..
