| I was wondering if anyone could reccommend some good acoustic guitar (no elec) cds. I love CSNY when they're acoustic, same w/ Chris Whitley. Thanks |

| Acoustic roots by SLightly Stoopid. F'ning awesome live show recorded at some radio station. For preveiws download sensimilla( when you smoke that **** in the morning time, you know the days gonna be just fine..), weapons of destruction, and if this world were mine. Its like sublime(bradley knowell discovered them), but mellower and more of a raggae touch.

| If you like CSN, check out the Grateful Dead ("Workingman's Dead", "American Beauty"), Led Zeppelin ("III" mostly, but all of their stuff has some acoustic...check out "Physical Graffiti" as well...the 2nd cd is full of acoustic folkish songs), I dunno what else...Dylan has some nice folky acoustic stuff. |

| If your looking for good acoustic guitar music you need - yes, need - to get your hands on Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds Live at Luther album. It's a two disc album that is just 2 acoustic guitars, no drums or anything else. It's very impressive stuff and sounds like more than two guitars at many points. |
