That's the 2nd page of the police report. They say that his left hand was wrapped around the barrel. Indicating that he shot himself with his right hand. But why would HE STILL BE HOLDING THE SHOT GUN> IT HAS A KICK PEOPLE> besides that someone was using his credit card while he was dead. But once the body was found. They quit. Here is a link to Tom Grants Site. I know it may seem like he is trying to get money. But he went Bankrupt because of this. Courtney has screwed Tom Grant a new hole.

So the gun did have fingerprints on it?

Also, what's stopping him from using his toe to fire the gun? That would explain why his left hand was on the barrel. Guns are another thing I have no idea about, how long was this gun? Would it have been possible to fire it using a toe?

IMHo. Yeah he could of used his toe. But. That gun would of flew. Its got a mean kick. They mention he has imprints on his Left hand from the Gun Barrel. But if he was holding that when it went off. IT would of blistered his hand from the heat. But if the gun was hot enough after the shot. And his hand was put on it. Then he could of easily been slightly burnt from the barrel. But No way that gun would of just stayed right on top of him in a perfect place like that... If you ever shot a shot gun. You would Know what I am talking about. The Kick I hard enough to make a 9 year old child Fly about 5 feet.

The 11-87, I have that gun, the sporting clay version... Anyway after seeing this thread I had 2 friends over that are wayy into Nirvana like me, and we had like an half hour debate on this... It doesent matter if you are left or right handed with how you shoot a gun, it matters what eye is dominet. I am left handed and right eye site so I pull the trigger w/ my right hand. also he couldn't of pulled the trigger w/ his toe b/c he was wearing mockisons or something (forgot).. Courtney, no matter if she directly/indirectly had anything to do with it, I gurrontee (spell check) that if Kurt wasn't with her, he deffinatly wouln't of died that day.

P.S. my friend says that the amount of OFF TOPIC DRUG "H" was so high, that he couldn't of even shot himself. ?

I heard that also. I wonder though, if he had that much heroin in him that he couldn't pull the trigger would he have lived anyway?

Most likely not...My belief was that he knew and freely took heroine with the murderer. The heroine was was probably used to tire him down so there would be no fight and he wouldn't know what was going on. Then the murderer would go and get Kurt's gun and shoot. Simple as that. Most people believe the Cobain's male nanny was the shooter so he would've easily known where the gun was.
