| my friends mom was good friends with the original drummer in lynyrd skynyrd. he was soposed to be a really good drumer i hear(i have rarely heard anything besides sweet home alabama) but he got kicked out and died of a drug overdose. i'm pretty sure they wrote a song about him.

| Good call smokinstump, the Ballad of Curtis Lowe is also my favorite Skynyrd song. My pops introduced me to Skynard at a young age and I have been addicited ever since. Nothing beats smoking blunt and listening to the live version of free bird (one of the greastest gutiar solo's of all time)
