Man I have never been a fan of rap, but the other day I caught wind of this mix a DJ made it's Jay Z's black album lyrics and the beatles white album music. I thought to myself how could they ruin the white album like this, so I promptly downloaded it and gave it a listen, really it's good for some reason.

I don't like the recording but it's cool that rap is sampling the white album. The white album is the best album the Beatles made, damn I wisht hey were still around.

Hell yeah man, the Grey Album is the shizz. I remember I was one of the first around these parts to hear about it. Told all my friends and word spread like wildfire. Man, it takes so much skill to be able to sync the beats from the White Album with the lyrics from the Black album. And DJ Danger Mouse shows he's not perfect either. Change Clothes wasn't done very well, but listen to Public Service Announcement and December 4th. They're the best IMO.

Ya, a friend gave me a copy of this. I don't care for most hip-hop/rap stuff but this is pretty cool. I think about half of it is really excellent.
