I've recently discovered this great party tune, 'Marijuana & Alcohol' by indie singer, Shawn Sage. I've never heard a song that captures what partying with your friends is all about as much as this one. Just a fun tune. You can download it for free at shawnsage.coffeehouse.ca. if you want a song that greatly captures the party fun atmosphere, download "commotion" by Jimmy Swift Band. They're a band from the east coast maritimes in Canada. They're a jam band, and are AMAZING. I saw them live and they blew me away.

No. It doesn't "represent the stupidity of stoners". It's just a number associated with stoner culture. There's a story behind it about some kids who smoked at 4:20pm every day, someone else can give you the in depth version of that story, I don't know much about it.
