I kind of doubt that.......and I have my reasons. The first reason being ICP doesn't have a "lead singer"..... the group is composed of two rappers. Also, while one of the members DOES have kids, I don't think they'd be anywhere near old enough to have friends in their early 20s, as higher_power claims to be (23), since Shaggy is only 33 years old himself. Violent J (the other half of ICP) doesn't have kids. So, as you can see, things don't quite add up here, if you ask me.
