|  Scott Weiland How much longer you think hes gonna live before he od's and dies? Im guessing a few years, hes still one of my favorite rockers.

| He's trying to kick, and has been sober as of lately. I hope he manages. Several "almost dead" rockers have conquered addiction in various forms. I've never been a huge Weiland fan, but I hope Velvet Revolver sticks around for awhile, because Slash has been a favorite of mine sinnce I was 10 years old (and I'm 26 now!). I'm just glad to see him making music again, even if I perferred it being with the complete original GNR lineup. Of course, Axl is a nutcase, so that will never happen unfortunetly

| Yeah, I can't argue the facts, but then again look at the members of Motely Crue, for example. I read their book "The Dirt" I believe it was called, and if they survived, there's hope for anyone, even Weiland. I mean, Nikki Sixx was actually pronounced dead by medical personell on two occasions due to heroin overdoses. While I wouldn't be foolish enough to bet money on Scott's survival, I want to give him the benefit of the doubt. Even the worst drug addicts came make a go of t when they DECIDE to. Most of them that die young deaths don't even bother trying to get clean....they'd rather live fast and die young, and leave a junkie's corpse. I'm hoping the same doesn't happen with him! |
