| I am looking for ANY chill type of stuff with classical Asian type sounds to it, a prime example is Incubus - Aqueous Transmission It can be actual real Asian music too, as long as it's chill and nice to be blazed to. Preferably least amount of vocals as possible... If you HAVENT blazed or tripped to Aqueous Transmission, check it out!

| I don't know anything about Asian music, but if you are looking for a different sound I'd urge you to check out some Ravi Shankar if you havn't discovered him already. I guess his music would be more Indian than Asian, but I don't really know any Asian music to compare it to. Either way, the guy's a genius. He's the father of Norah Jones, too.

| Try checking out Tan Dun, go to amazon and look for the Hero movie soundtrack that is composed by Tan Dun and you will find just what you are looking for. |

| try something from japnese video games, like xenogears or final fantasy (the original japanese stuff, tho, the american versions might sound too american) ive found that with the right "media search" programs (wink wink, nudge nudge, say no more, eh?) you can find some decent music from around the world. and yea, ravi is more indian then asian, tho there are some similarities between the two. |
