Tom Petty is awesome, especially Refugee, Mary Jane's Last Dance, Running Down a Dream (4:20 on my winamp), and Into The Great Wide Open. Perfect music for kickin back with a bowl and chillin' out.
Edit: That last part sounds like a good idea right about now!

i saw tom petty last year, the black crowes opened for him.
both bands played for over an hour, and they both kick ass.
if you dont know who the black crowes are, you should listen to them. its kate hudsons husband who sings for them.

anywho tom petty was amazing, right when the song 'last dance with mary jane' started i saw about 30-35 different people light up the ganja. the dude sitting right next to me busted out a pipe and i took 2 hits and was high till much after the show, damn i want his weed again.

The song is don't come around here no more. That music video is awesome. TP was probably so messed up in the filming of that vid he probably thought he was really the mad hatter. Oh man, filming a music video like that while stoned would be pure bliss.

I love Tom Petty. Best songs are Refugee, Into the Great Wide Open, Mary Jane's Last Dance, Won't Bck Down, Free Fallin', and Learning to Fly.

When it comes to music perfect for hitting the open road, Tom's second to none.

Enjoy the show!

Tom Petty is certainly one of my favorites to listen to, whether blazing or just sitting around. I was gonna go to his concert a month ago or so, bt I never made it, or the money

I saw him in early August I believe; it was a really great concert. Did Stevie Nicks come out as a special guest?

Question is.. did you light up during Last dance with Mary Jane, or You don't know how it feels?
