i gotta say it's extremely dissapointing and i don't know why but i wasn't really suprised.

I've yet to be impressed by much of anything coming out the G-unit camp. Had 50 not survived being shot, and earned so much hype because of it, they'd just be another sub-par rap clique walking that tightrope between slighty famous and totally obscure. IMO, the only thing 50 has REALLY contributed to the rap game is ending Ja Rule's career for all pracctical purposes. I'd have no use for him whatsoever if it wasn't for that detail. Personally, i'm glad the Game ended his affiliation with the G-unit while he still had some credibility.

Other than that rant, I can't comment on the album specifically, because I haven't heard it. If its anything like the rest of the garbage turned out by that camp, though, I doubt I'm missing a whole lot. Young Buck is the only G-Unit member left with much talent

And on a side note, that new dude that signed with G Unit seems pretty lame. But I usually like Lloyd Banks/Young Buck shit. 50 has some alright stuff too.






I really really can not wait for Game's cd though.

yea um... i don't even know when the real release date is lol.

i know it comes out in germany this week.

not sure when it hits the states.

but yea the album is pretty weak.

While I can say I have never liked 50, I think that Banks is talented enough. Haven't heard the new disc but I like alot of his other stuff. He isn't THAT skilled, but he isn't terrible and I like the sound of his voice.

Agreed. The Game is definately dope, and is definately one of the true gangsters left in the industry. As for Loyd and all the G-Unit, they all suck. I just saw their new member Hot Rod on BET, yea, he's gonna add to the suckiness I think.

I saw that Hot Rod dude on MTV and BET back to back days debuting his video. That means I've seen him 3 times, on BET, on MTV, and in his video.



I've yet to see him without his sunglasses on.

just got the new banks CD, saw that the clean version has been out for a bit but finally got ahold of the explicit version, didnt get a chance to listen to it yet but im about to be banging it as soon as i can get it burned.
