alot of these rappers like jeezey, ti and ludacris grew up in the area i live in so i respect them but i do admit ti sucks, but i do occasionally listen to ludas old shit.

Ok ok ok....

I chose Lil Wayne, because he has such a unique voice and style, and he's bomb frankly. T.I. was a close second, he definately is a revolutionary rapper. I dont know how any of you could diss on him. His lyrics, production is all impeccable (sp?). Three 6 as of a few years ago definately had it locked up, but I wasnt impressed with their newest album "Most Known Unknown". Swishahouse definately does not deserve to be on this list, as well as Young Joc, self explanatory.

My question is, is Outkast considered South? ATL is pretty far down geographically, and if they are considered, hands down THEY ARE THE KINGS OF THE SOUTH. If not, void this post, but Id def consider them.

hell yeah Outkast is considered south..they grew up in atlanta or Tri Cities to be exact.
