Default Korn!

Anyone here fans of Korn?

I'm particularly into their older albums, but I think their new one is ok.
When Clown, Blind, Shoots and Ladders, Freak on A Leash, Got The Life, Twist, Falling away from me, or A.D.I.D.A.S. come on I start headbanging until I pass out, or I just chill and light my piece up, and enjoy the sound.

Mods, if there is another thread like this please close this one, I'm sorry if there is.

KoRn was a band that took awhile to grow out of. You could say everything went to shit after Follow The Leader, but I love that album. Fieldy was off the hook with the bass, and the sound was very interesting for a pothead such as myself. Dead Bodies Everywhere was great! I seen them in concert when Head was still in the band, and they put on a great show. I don't listen to'em much anymore because they're past their time now and I can't get into their new stuff. I will put on the first three albums every now and again though.

Korn was one of those bands that should have disappeared while on top, instead of making progressively worse albums. Fopllow the leader was a tight album, but i personally wish it had been their last. Instead, we get garbage albums that only hurt Korn's legacy. Jonathan davis lost something along the way....I think the first few albums he worked all his anger out, and at that point, the heart and soul of what made korn Korn disappeared. They have talent, don't get me wrong.....they just haven't utilzied it since "Follow the leader" was released

I think most korn fans will agree they went down hill after Issues. For me, I always hear a song or two on the newer albums I like. That recent remix with dem franchise boys or whoever was just horrible though. They also seem to be wussing out. Having writers co-write the lyrics, releasing a greatest hits, live album, and now a remix album makes it seem like money is pretty important.. maybe most important. They still kicked ass live back when I saw em in august though.. it's keeping them alive.

Fieldy should've been beat in the head multiple times with his bass before putting out that shitty rap album though.

sad to say, but its the best thing to come from anyone in Korn in quite some time, IMO. I found it much more entertaining then the recent Korn Albums
