i saw this on cnn last week, about how they found that "weapon" in his bag and he could face up to 3 years in prison..im not sure why he would do that, i watched a show on him n his young football league he created etc..so im still leaning towards the misunderstanding factor and its just a publicity hype that isnt neccessary at all

He was tried, yes, but he was found not guilty. So, from what you are saying, its OK to judge people by what they have been charged with, even through he was found not guilty of the charges?

Doesn't change the situation much with what happend in that incident, but it was Snoops bodyguard that had shot and killed the guy. Snoop was on trial for murder for bein an accomplice because he was there when it happend.

I think Snoop was inoccent of the charges but that doesn't mean i feel the same way about O.J Simpson who was a celebrity and found not guilty of murder. He failed the lie detector, his stories were always changing, lead the cops on a big pursuit threatning to kill himself, the cut on his hand, all that stuff differs from Snoops case when it comes to bein found not guilty.

He doesnt need to remind people or try to gain any publicity through anything like this. His place in raps history is set in stone. I suppose you could say, "His bust is already in the hall of fame." Besides, like Hardtimez pretty much said, he has nothing to gain from this only stuff to lose. I.E. the reason 95% of rappers aren't as "Thugged out" as thier lyrics suggest. If you had 50 million dollars, would you be out shooting and pillaging?
