yesterday was the greatest night i had in a long time! (and the best damn weekend too! smoked a quarter oz. with 9 other friends )

but i went to see Disturbed with Stone Sour, Flyleaf, and Non point
it was by far the greatest! non point was pretty good considering no one has ever herd of them (good drummer)
flyleaf wasnt as good as when i saw them in sept. with Korn
but Stone sour was absolutely amazing! the intensity was just so much fun and pretty much felt like all hell broke loose (also i got into a few bases cause this couple was making out on my back -_-....while moshing lmao)

but after stone sour me and my friends left the crazyness of the 3rd row from stage (GREAT SEATS!)
cause we where tired of getting our ass kicked in the mosh pits and having people tossed and landing on our heads (almost lost my glasses)
so we saw Disturbed from like 30 feet away but it was still great!

Stone Sour and Non point are mediocre at best. Personally I think Corey (from Slipknot) needs to pull the dead animal out of his ass and make real music... meh, to each his own.

I attended Ozzfest this summer (NYC) and Disturbed and SOAD headlined, as well as all the other bands that go with ozzfest . For some reason after that concert Disturbed has always been seen as a political band, especially after the singer's rather long opinion given towards the war on Iraq, none the less they rocked the fucking house.

Of course SOAD played right after and just put the icing on the cake....

i think disturbed and SOAD after each other would be great!
but i personally love stone sour so, my opinion (but my fav. band is alternative rock no matter how many metal hard rock bands that are also my fav.)

my friends are pleasuring me to goto oz fest this year cause its ozzy's last performance (saposably) but i can't guarantee them i will make it (i value my friendship in IL than any one in my life)

i think non-point is pretty good, and i liked stone sour, but Corey Taylor is an asshole and a sellout (maybe cus im a mushroomhead fan). Disturbed rocks.

I went to this concert in Cedar Rapids, it was a great show. I was one of the first ones in line, and was in the first row in front of the stage the entire show. It was some crazy shit man, I think I bruised most of my ribs from there being so much prussure from people pushing forward and trying to work their way in. I'm not a very big guy, about 5'9/150 lbs... there were some guys at least 6'0/225lbs trying to push their way up there. I'm not gonna lie, keeping my spot was exhausting lol. It was a kickass show to say the least, I really don't think spiral architect gives Nonpoint enough credit. I've never seen an opening band stir up so much havoc (but what the fuck do I know haha, I live in Iowa [note: all those cornfields sure do help keep mj prices down though ])
