Bad Brains

I assume its an 80's song because it has the touch of a cheesy synthesizer. The parts that stuck out was the bassline that came in about 3(or so) times and in the end there's bells ringing. The only lyrics I remember where of this lady saying "I remember this" a couple of times, any ideas?

By the way it is a female vocalist.
