| I don't understand why this band isn;t conisidered one of the greatest bands of all time, right up there with the Beatles, Zeppelin, Pink Floyd ect. None of my friends had really even heard of them, no one I know is that into them, I dont here them on the radio, I havent heard anyone here mention them. I think there amazing. Deffently one of my favorite bands. Ian Anderson is such a talented musician. His lyrics on the second half of Aqualung blow me away. His acoustic guitar and flute playing are also amazing. There guitarist, the name slips my mind, is one of the best guitarist. Thick as a Brick is what I consider the greatest album ever made. They have a tight sound, Anderson knew exactly what he wanted and was able to pull it off perfectly. I also love there earlier stuff like Stand Up, Benefit, and Songs of the Wood. So it would be nice to know Im not the only one here who digs Jethro Tull... am I? |

| Nope, not alone. Aqualung is incredible. Especially the title track and Wind Up And Thick As A Brick is a huge friggin' journey, man!
