I wasn't a big fan of the song "Given Up" when I first heard it, but it has grown on me. The rest of the CD is great. Hands Held High has to be one of my favorite songs on it. It's mostly just Mike Shinoda rapping about the brutalities of war and such.

I bought the album yesterday...it was different, but not bad. I enjoyed the songs

Linkin Park remains to be my favourite band.

Definetely a bit of a new feel from Linkin Park and I'm loving it. I got it a while ago for a friend but never proceeded to listen to it until recently. I'm likin basically the whole CD, some are iffy but at the end of the day its a great album.

Different? I don't mind listening to Linkin Park, but from the two songs I've heard off the new album, they sound exactly like old Linkin Park. Maybe I'm missing something. I guess I'll give the whole CD a full listen eventually.

It was most definetely different. Even linkin park themselves have admitted they are getting a bit sick of their old style, and trying to move on. It is quite obvious to me at least the change they are trying to make.
