Default Torche-the new sabbath?

This band is amazing in all ways, a must have cd for stoner let me tell you.

They sound like sabbath evolved into a more modern sound, its brilliant.

I think they sound nothing alike. 'torche' seems to be...well aggressive and angry sounding, and just plain irritating. To each his own, I guess its just not my idea of good sounding music. My

the vocals are quite similar to Ozzy i find.

and the songs on the myspace don't do them justice, they have a much broader range of material on the album, there are alot more songs that have more of less aggressive and waaaaay melodic feel.

If you want to hear modern sabbath you must listen to the band "Sheavy". Hoenstly, this is the most similar vocalist to ozzy ever, he literally sounds jsut like him. And the music, except for some of the enwer stuff is a more modern, yet easily tolerable sound IMO. Sheavy is more sabbath like than many tribute bands out there. sheavy has even done a couple sabbath covers, which btw are great as well.

But this band, "Torche" makes me bored.
