A friend and I have been making some weird electronica. Another friend says it sounds like "angry clown music," hence, a new genre was born! Clowntronica! Here is my first completed mix (more on the way)

I've always been a fan of electronic music. The second one kinda reminds me of Mr. Bungle.

What did you compose that with?

TTTT, I really wasn't expecting something that good...I was thinking maybe some midi sounding stuff, but it's really good!

For composition I use a bunch of different software and hardware. The beats were laid out in Reason, and a lot of the sounds come from that, some were sampled off my keyboard. The second track was a hybrid between Reason and the free ModPlug Tracker software. I used a Korg MS2000R synthesizer for a lot of the vocoder and bass effects in both tracks. My friend did all the guitar stuff... and both of us were screaming into the microphone at one point or another. I think he used to post on this forum way back in the day.

I'm getting a new synthesizer in the mail in a couple of days (Alesis Micron) and I can't wait to see what sounds I can get out of that!
