I've defended ICP enough on these boards at one time or another to last a lifetime. I'll be the first to admit they aren't for everyone. That being said, I've never understood the hate this gorup seems to attract. I can't stand most jam band music or death metal either....but I won't go out of my way to diss it either. However, mention ICP, and the haters come like iron shavings to a magnent. Fuck it.... listen to what you want, I'll listen to what I want to.... and I'm content to not go out of my way to poke fun at your musical tastes. Is it too much to ask others to do the same?

Used to be into ICP..One thing I always hated about them was the fan base, the juggalos..90% of them are total morons and the most annoying people you'll ever meet. The other 10% are usually pretty cool though.

Not a fan anymore, but ICP certainly knows how to be entertaining and be funny as hell..Only time I'll really go back and listen to them is when I wanna listen to some funny music, cuz ICP definitely has some funny shit.

Also, some of their interviews are absolutely hillarious.

Found some transcripts of some old European interview they did..Here are some funny parts I think.

"And I don't have to make sense, cuz I'm a millionaire, alright? I can be a stupid ass and I get paid for it..I'm a complete idiot, I wear clown make up every day. I drive around in a tour bus, get out and throw soda pop all over the crowd and I make millions for it."

You kinda gotta understand how ICP is, but in alot of their interviews(in the past especially), they just go off on random rants and totally ignore the question for the most part and just start sayin crazy shit...It's funny.

But if someone's still SOOO into ICP and the whole Juggalo thing at a certain age, you gotta start to wonder..

I hate ICP but I love Juggalo's. About 1/3 of the time I'm high, I check out a picture of a Juggalo for a good laugh. Personally, ICP fan or not, anyone that paints their face like that for a band will give me a few chuckles. But like Dronly said, you have a right to listen to (and do) whatever you want.
