I disagree, but it is your opinion. Why do you think it sucks? I thought it was a great album, a step back towards their 'older sound'.

Sorry but I strongly disagree. I have yet to listen to an Opeth album and think "Man this is garbage". Its almost like they are so talented that its hard for them to make crap music. I agree, it has more of a Blackwater Park feel to it. The new guitar player adds a lot to the band.

Opeth are just cool in general. Sure, I know you guys think of me as that nong who only listens do Brutal Death, but I'm not only all about that shit.

Also, while I personally think Slayer aren't as great as everyone says, they put on the most badarse live act I've ever seen. I've seen other bands that I like more than Slayer (Cannibal Corpse, Satyricon, Psycroptic, etc) play live, but Slayer by far had the best live production, played the "tightest" and were just generally awesome to see live. I didn't even get drunk or stoned at that show and still thought it was a blast. Its also the only show I've been to that I've looked back at and didn't think, "Hmm that could have been better."

Yeah man slayer is one of my fave's. I saw CC with Black dahlia murder about 8 months ago and they kicked ass. The best live metal show I have seen was Shadows Fall, the tightness was incredible and are probably the best modern thrash band. GWAR is also VERY high on my list of bands that I would love to see live again.
