wow, thats some sick artwork in those last couple posts. i usually just download stuff so i don't even get to see many album covers. all that stuff you guys showed is rad though.

dimmu is fuckin awesome live. behemoth kicks ass too, but i thought dimmu had a better live sound. at metal shows, depending on the venue, and if everything isn't set up just right, there's the tendency to just hear the drums, accompanied by an indiscriminate wall of sound that includes the guitars, bass, and vocals. thats kinda how behemoth was at the show i saw. i knew the songs so i could still follow along, but the quality of dimmu's live sound was better. i've seen dimmu twice and they sounded great both times and kicked my ass both times.

A lot of media players have the option of collecting album art work and displaying it while your choosing what to listen to, Winamp, Windows Media Player and even iTunes do this.

I'm listening to Job For A Cowboys first album right now. Its ok. I still don't see why everyone's always bitching about them but.

I take that back. Now that I've heard more than two songs they're as boring as fuck.

Anyone else got the new Tyr album yet?

It doesn't get much deeper or more serious than rape, murder and the apocalypse.

But all jokes aside I'm not much of a modern thrash person. Or thrash in general. Dew Scented is about as thrash as I get.

Edit: Is there anyone out there into the real heavy shit?
