Yeah, the band has been considered by many a modern day rush. Geddy Lee and Claudio both have the same singing styles, although Claudio actually "sings" better I think.

I realized that after I was listening to 'Welcome Home' and then 'Tom Sawyer' was the next song on the playlist and I was like "WOAH!"

Edit: I just found this awesome website that has some CC live performances The AT&T blue room presents Coheed and Cambria
When they headline I think they play The Crowing. I know they've only done The Light and The Glass during acoustic sets though. Cool vids btw

The last time that I saw them is when they headlined their own tour, and I don't think they played it. I'm not exactly sure since I had been smoking for hours out of my friends gasmask .

Coheed is my favorite band, actually
I've seen them live 3 times (Incredible all 3), and for the poster who asked about "The Crowing" and "The Light and the Glass", they played The Crowing at one show I went to, it was either Warped Tour of '07 or when they were opening for Linkin Park. I also saw them do an acoustic set at a CD shop near where I live, and they did "The Light and the Glass". INCREDIBLE.

The amount of work that goes into writing their songs is amazing. Every single one fits into the comic series, the whole story line. Mind-blowing.

Are any of the fans of Coheed fans of the comic series/ the storyline?

Yeah, it is incredible how Claudio ties all of his lyrics in with what's going on with the storyline.

In a few months I'm actually going to go get a Keywork tattoo. T'will be siiiick.
