glad to hear yours was good, mine sucked. He like fell off stage after like, 4 songs (none of them The Pot, or any really good ones) and they stopped early, no encore, none of their amazing songs, just ended, BLOWED! The opening band for us was like "bananarama" or something like that, they're were pretty good. But Tool was awful! Bass was offbeat towards the end of the second song too.

Yes it was. Every other person that i went with who was a hardcore panic fan loved it. I guess im just not a fan of their music as much as i though i was. It was a little too hippie for my liking.

But Tool was awful!
You must've been trippin' at this concert because I've never heard of a Tool concert being 'awful', usually they fall under the lines of 'rejuvenating', 'awe-inspiring', 'mind-blowing' and don't forget 'unforgettable'

What do you mean 'he fell off the stage after 4 songs', I assume your talking about the singer, Maynard? He fell off the stage?

Yeah I just don't buy that, he barely moves on stage. When I saw them live he would just swagger around and he once took off his cowboy hat and was doing all kinds of erotic gestures with it. Very good show, and they played all kinds of good songs. Songs from Aenema, songs from Lateralus, not too many from 10,000 Days, and I think the furthest back they went was Sober.

Damn, I want to see a Tool Concert so bad! The last concert I saw was The Supervillains. It was cool I guess.

I go to a lot of local band shows, but the last major acts I saw were Opeth and Lamb of Gob in Charlotte, NC. It was a great show, but the sound guy sucked. The bass was drowning out everything else during Opeth's set.

Actually I wasn't really, I smoked a little but not enough to make them sound bad. Yeah, Maynard (sorry) fell off the back of the stage. I caught a good view of it, but he didn't seem hurt, just pissed. and soon after it ended. He fell of the back then they did they're usual type of long slow ambiotic style, except it never went anywhere with it and they played one last song and ended the show. Just walked off the stage and the lights went on. Everyone was pretty pissed off.

Rothbury would be sweet to go to, but last years bonnaroos experience made me realize how many bands I would miss/not be able to see because of time slotting. Whoever goes is going to have an AMAZING time though.
