Sour Diesel successfully defended its throne in April, claiming top honors as the most frequently purchased medical marijuana strain yet again. But like March, more money was actually spent on Sour Diesel’s primary competition: Blue Dream. Because of 4/20 Sour Diesel and Blue Dream (both Sativas) combined for an insane lump sum of nearly $400,000 in total sales.
Meanwhile, Master Kush, White Widow, Purple Urkle and Grape Ape all entered the Top 25, while NYC Diesel, Super Lemon Haze, and Northern Lights fell to the wayside. Check out the full Power Rankings along with the sales by strain:
