that is not fact. its opinion. you come off very arrogant too. maybe it's just me though.

i know people say its arrogant to think that a universe doesn't exist without an obvserver but i really think the people that say that are trying too hard to assert their views rather than actually thinking and having an open mind.

Gotta keep in mind: in discussions like this nobody really knows the answers, so it's all about sharing your opinions and learning from others. imo

Yeah I guess I am being arrogant, but I don't believe in that crud and think its hogwash lol. People...argh cant explain myself, I dont like it when people think that we are in some way significant, that it matters that we are alive, that we survived evolution.

Well maybe you can take comfort in the fact that not everyone is significant & didn't quite survive the evolution process.

well mojorison, personally i can understand where you're coming from, but did you read my first post? what do you think about a universe that is so super intelligent that it creates and stores realities in accordance with what is going on in subjective beings...well i can already tell you will think it's bunk, but that doesn't matter, what matters is that you understand that in the large scope of things you , me and everyone else reallly don't now sh|t about ourselves and our world, and i think a big step in understanding them more is having that realization itself.

Just because you cant feel something does not mean that it's not there! Kinda like an old legend i heard about a fearsome horned cat living in some slopes of the himalayas, that whosoever laid their eyes on it would die, but one wonders where the stories come from....

This theory has always killed me...of course the tree still makes a noise...just because nobody's around to hear it doesn't mean it didn't make a noise! If I took a dump in the woods & nobody's around to smell it, does it still smell good?
