| i was just thinking about infinity (very easy to think about) and here are some thoughts.. 1. ok..everybody knows what 10 is ...1 more than 9...1 less than 11 now 10 x 10 = 100... now if u put 100 as an exponent on 10 (10x10 100 times) its called a googol... a googol is a 1 followed by 100 zeros (1000000000000000000000...) now take that googol and put THAT as a exponent of 10 (10x10 googol times) that is called a googolplex ...its almost unimaginably large... now notice that a googolplex is no closer to infinity than 10.... 2. infinity is never-ending ..so it is basically everything and zero is nothing...they seem as if they are opposites in a way now think about zero...its the absence of value... but couldnt you say that zero is "infinitly nothing"? so in a way they are the same... these are the only 2 things i can think of that are relatively the opposite of each other and at the same time they are the same.... tell me what you think and if im making any sense at all ![]() |
