So last night i was studying for my AP bio exam this week and a thought crossed my mind. I couldnt stop thinking about it to the point that i stopped studying and just sat there.

Animals and plants are a congregation of different types of cells all living together and working together to provide for eachother and to surivive. plants and animals are no more than colonies that harbor different types of cells. So then i started thinking that if all animals are different structures built from the same types of cells tehn we are no more than a building, a container, and a colony. And that thought led to: well if all species are just different arrangement of cells then perhaps the idea of different species is erroneous and the true species are just the different types of cells.
This whole thought left me almost numb.
Then i started thinking about diseases and viruses in body cells.
Viruses and diseases are little more than an intruder in the colony, a fruit fly in a beehive, or a spider in an ant hill. these intruders can wreak havoc to these colonies and therefore are not wanted. some cells act as security gaurds and try to bounce those suckers out. sometimes they fail. i gotta stop smoking this stuff lol.

anyone ever think of this or just had a ridiculous train of thought like it???

thats pretty insightful. you could maybe even take it a step further when you consider string theory. even non-living things are composed of atoms. and i heard from a friend that supposedy atom are made of little bits of things but eventually everything is made of these same strings, just in different combos. there isn't anywhere on earth that there is no matter, so if you zoom in far enough, all of these strings are practically touching. i think this is akin to the "web of which we are all apart of" that religions touch on

holy shit, that was all deep. i always get crazy thoughts like this and one time i let my friend who doesnt really smoke much at all read it, and she thought i was retarded.
i wonder why we think so much differently if we smoke a lot of weed than if we dont. like whats in weed that makes us all philosophical?

because it allows us to feel what things are really like. Eating is a lot better when ur high cuz it feels better. i think its cuz ur used to how it really feels. its like scratching ur nuts and getting a hand***. Weed allows us to step outside of the box we live in and look at whats really happening inside the box.
