Do you think people are inherently good, or that people are inherently bad ?

Personally i think people have the capacity to be both, regardless of their upbringing, and make personal choices about whether to respect fellow man and be kind and helpful towards one and other, or to be deceitful and untrustworthy, violent and self-centered, their only thought self preservation. Even if people choose to be "good" they can always make the decision to go "bad" and vis-versa.
