Aright. One of the biggest divides between quasi-atheists sand quasi-christians is the division of your mind. Whether your mind is influenced by an "outside" source, ie spirit of soul, or not, is a very dividing problem.

Scientists by definition are supposed to reject subjective claims, wanting objective measurements supported by objective, by method, evidence. And this has bread a sector that has consistantly brought us amazing inventions.

BUT the scientific method dictates one must make all control of variables. We can't. lets accept that. The question is, are we somehow bumped around by divine browning-eque force? How can we even begin to question philosophy if we can't predict the f$%#in results. THe law of causality, one of the most important principles of physics says, Past effects and actions will influence future events. Quite simply if were not sure that the future is caused by our actions, and they are linked, then we start to actually question time as an effect of consciousness.

This is all completely valid mind you. No matter if its 1 in a milion possible that this is the correct idea, if it IS, which, unless we were it, couldn't tell. We could for all we know it to be a sick permiation of godly and physical actions causing an amazing spectical of a human.... by unknown mechanism. Our consciousness was simply a sub-rational being, owning his own universe called his mind. In side eachs mind, the consciousness could be manufacturing the feelings you have.

As long as time travel is never invented the future will always be formed by the past. It gets complicated when you take into effect the possibility of things from the future going to the past, and therefore changing the future, though i am doubtful humanity will ever grasp that kind of technology.
As for the second paragraph I am not sure what the link you are trying to make is. Are you saying that time might just be something we create in our minds? Are you maybe saying that without consciousness there is not time? Are trying to say that our "consciousness" could be a separate thing from our "mind", and that it manufactures our emotions? If you could maybe boil what you are trying to say down into a little bit more of a coherent idea I might be able to discuss this a little more with ya.

Okay. Brownian motion is simply the apparent movement of macro-particles due to the motion of smaller particles. IE: Emergent movement.

I am trying to say that what if consciousness is simply a permitation of some some sort of our own brain movements. IE: Small neuronic movements creating Emergent Consciousness.

you should study into Determinism, which is a branch of philosophy that thinks everything in the future is determined by past events, so our human free will is an illusion, since all of our actions and thoughts are related to memories, which are flawed representations of reality.

there are no major flaws in it, unless you are not willing to accept people not being morally responsible for their actions.

I kinda want to find something that logically makes me NOT believe determinism to be true, because everyone wants to believe that their free will is not influenced by their environment.

or imagine an entity that knows every memory you have ever formed, aka, your brain. the entity will be able to forsee everything you choose, down to the smallest detail. (and your consciousness feels like it is the source of your actions, because it cannot see all the variables effecting any situation)
