I believe our universe is full of these so called wormholes.If you would consider that there are infinite amount of other universes that are similiar like ours but they might call these wormholes something else. If wormholes were called something different like a blackhole which it is probable considering that it is infinitely possible for a blackhole or wormhole to be the same thing. if you go to this link, you will veiw a cross section of what this blackhole(wormhole) would look like emiiting energy.http://science.nasa.gov/headlines/y2007/images/piranha/accretiondisk_torus_strip.jpg. These bursts of energy are exactly apart from each other beacause this energy appears from the blackhole so fast and instant. the Newtons 2nd law explains that for every action there is a equal and opposite reaction. So if you think about it, this sudden burst of energy appears and shots out in one direction and because of NEWTONS law this very similar object must shoot out the same exact force in the oppoiste direction. A Black hole Traveler would have to perfectly calculate its trajectory into the blackhole point traveling at the speed of light. This Black hole traveler would then bounce off into another infintely possible direction reappearing from a infinitely possible point on the otherside of the Black hole. But because the Gravity is so intense near the threshholds of the Black holos, the traveler is then effected by the gravity in which it slows down to this emense energy explosion kinda like a lightning bolt.
if you could imagine yourself shrinking down to the size of a particle traveling at the speed of light at a certain angle, on your way to the center of the black hole you sunddenly would bounce off into the infinite possible angle reappearing in space kinda like a (2D)three dimensional creature twisting and turning in time.
