I recently mentioned this to my mom and she said she occasionally feels the same way so I thought I'd ask on here. Every once in awhile, I feel like I'm observing my own life. I'm not talking about the metaphorical "dude, we're like all cogs in the machine" type of observation, but an actually feeling that you're watching your own life. This only happens to me once in awhile and it doesn't really bother me but I was wondering if anyone else has this experience. The reason I'm posting today specifically is that at work today I felt this for most of the afternoon. I'm pretty sure that it's due to some issues I've been having lately so I'm not too worried. Btw, I end up feeling almost distanced from the real world as if I'm stoned but I've haven't smoked all week and I consider the two unrelated. Sorry if this sounds like rambling but I've been drinking(wish I was smoking instead).
