| Have you ever sat and pondered random things in life, and from that developed a theory of your own? One that probably already exists, but you yourself has never thought about it before until that precise moment? Often I write down the thoughts that go through my skull after a blaze, sometimes when I come down and re-read, the sh*t makes sense.. other times the things I write... I just must believe that I was wayyy too high and transcended conscious thought because it is barely legible LOL ( writing furiously trying to keep up with the thoughts pouring out) because it doesn't make any sense whatsoever...Anyway, this is one of my most recent theories. Well I cant say mine, cause probably it's been thought of before, and written down, but the way I broke it down to myself is news to me. Sort of a theory on personality make up. I was thinking about how an introverted person would go about being more extroverted.. don't ask me what prompted this, it's gone now... There are two faces to a personality.. Top Face and the Bottom Face. The bottom face is the truth, while the top face is a mask. The bottom face tells the truth and is intuitive while the top mask is motivated by public standards and of what is expected in any given situation.(think along the lines of conscience and sub-conscience, ***One acts as a filter for the other) Both faces are unbiased in how they receive information and signals, but biased in how they process/perceive them. Meaning [Don't quote me] the possibility of all personalities having the same make-up is real. Both faces receive signals from an outside source, and weigh them against society's typical positive & negative results. But what determines the differences between two personalities is ultimately based on individual personality traits. I'm thinking these traits may be developed inherently , or circumstantially (nature). Yes I'm long winding the hell out of this post, but the answer I came up with to the original question (How does an introverted person become extroverted?) is, not easily. if you define an introverted person as one who's top face (mask) is responsible, quiet, less likely to share ideas, and polite, and an extroverted person as one who's top face is creative, insightful, extremely likely to share all of one's opinions, and slightly rude, then it should be some what of a war between the bottom face and the top face. In order to become extroverted, an introverted person would have to ignore their bottom instincts about social approval, and responsibility and let loose. Basically you'd have to go against your sub-conscience.. Damn, I think this may make NO sense to anyone but me due to my wording, or the whole damn "theory" in general, but does anyone at all see where I'm coming from?
