Sometimes I think that the only way to solve the world problems is to kill everyone and let god sort it out... but that's not gonna happen.

I get what you're saying that weed makes us not stand up and yell from the roof tops "legalize it" but I don't think it's because of weed. I don't think you were coming down on weed, but I think some people misinterpreted your comment into that. Before smoking pot I didn't give a damn about anything, now I'm interested in the screw ups the government makes, but I don't know what to do about it. A 16 year old in high school doesn't have much of a voice.

If you just sit at a bus stop, or a park table, you can see life go past you...and if you really take it all in..over a period in excess of an hour..you can really get deep into thought, and think about the meaning of life and stuff.

I do that up on a cement cliff overlooking a park and street. Very enlightening.

You can feel life go by, it's comforting, and dis-heartening at the same time. I can't explain what I'm thinking right now, I'm not going to try

i agree with chiksic. i didn't care what the government was doing before i smoked pot because they weren't persecuting me. but since i started smoking i seek out the truth about the government, the truth about the lies that is. weed has helped me see what a big screw up our government is. and thats real nice, i've lost all faith in government.

Well,as i ponder the thought,i try to take into consideration,that pondering is a beginning,and because i sit and ponder,to some extent,it may seem that i am just watching the world pass me by.
A few of my thoughts on the race;
The world is not passing me by,i've been way ahead of it,since early this morning.
if i spent more time trying to catch up,and less time trying to get ahead,i wouldn't BE so far behind.
Patience,is almost everything.It's a skill aquired from hours of "watching the world go by". Ahhh but to be a breath of fresh air,taken in by the world,inhaled through its massive lung,robbing me of my thoughts of individuality,only to be expelled back to its crowded,and incrusted surface of confusion,and doubt.
How can one person change the world?Every person born into this world changes it.Some changes get noticed,and some are never known,but the fax remainBy your existence alone,you cause change in the lives of those you come in contact with.Your influence on their lives may never be known,but it happens just the same.
This is a great topic,but it appears that the morning has passed me by,and if i'm to stay ahead of the day,i need to get off my a$$ and do something b.s.
