Mastering your chi like this is amazing. I wish I had the dedication to do something like that. I took a Tia chi class as my PE credit in college, the meditation has never made me feel so relaxed. I need to pick it up again : / I haven't practiced it in forever : (

Just skeptical of anything without a basis in reality. That can only be preformed in a special way with special oils you're not allowed to test or in a room you're not allowed to inspect.

I find it fascinating, personally. I can't explain it, I don't know how much of it is true but I do think some of it is.
One of my best friends has been into martial arts his whole entire life, black belt in Aikido, and I heard of and saw quite a few amazing feats.
In one instance his sensei could focus all his energy on his weight in someway, so that 10 of his students could not even pick him up off the ground no matter how hard they tried, when 2 minutes earlier it was quite simple for them to do the same thing.

It's quite interesting
