I'm 6'7 about 200 pounds. 16 and have been 16 for about 4 months. The first time I smoked bud was when I was 14 my freshman year. Then I hadn't smoked bud 'till I was 15. And from then on I smoked once about two or three months in small amounts, while never getting high. It was until 2 months ago that I started smoking everyday.

For the past two months I have been smoking almost every day, at least I tried to. If I was to estimate, on average I smoked 6-10 times a week. The first time I got high was when I went over to a friends house and I was so high that I was laughing and tweaking for so long. I then was driving a car, and no doubt my performance suffered but there was no crash or any violations.

So, I got hooked on smoking bud and basically I was smoking every day any time without really caring about getting caught. One major trait of mine is that whenever I get high I really tweak. Meaning I laugh and talk really really slow.

But lets get to the point. It was just a few days ago when all hell broke loose. It was a nice day outside and I just got home from school, at that point I had one bowls worth of dro on me which I smoked in my car on my way to a fast food restaurant. I wasn't really high, but my eyes were a little red and my mouth was kind of dry. No big deal.

So when i got home it was about 4 o'clock. At 5 I got a call from my homie and he asked me if I wanted to smoke bud, so I'm like yeah for sure. I drive out there, and it was me his friend and him. We smoked about .4 of Dro. It was out of a bowl and I was always third to get the hit. So I never really got a great rip but I got something.

At about 5:15 we got done blazing and I wasn't really high. But at the same time my eyes were a little red and I had a cotton mouth, it wasn't a bad one tough(thank god). I dropped them off at their own car and parted my own way. my destination was another friends house because he had just called me up and told me he would chief me out if I drove him to get the bud. So, I was driving trough a neighborhood it was a nice day cars were parked outside people were mowing loans and all that. I was driving between 32-37 miles an hour. There was a 4 way intersection at which there was no stop signs.

As I already entered the intersection a car came out of my left side and cut me right off, I ended up hitting him with the front of the car where the driver sits. Then my car skidded off and hit a near by tree. I immediately got out of the car and the worst thoughts came thru my mind. I thought "OMG I'm going to jail" and all that shit.

Immediately I rushed to my car and took the bowl and the lighter out which was in a zip bag and put it in my jump suit pants. The car was totally wrecked as I saw it there. I don't remember much from the accident, but I remember a guy approaching me asking me if I was alright and all that bs. I said yeah and couple of other things.

The police and the ambulance got there within about 30 seconds(the fire station is very close). The two people in the other car were totally fine, and were walking as if nothing happened. But me I thought I had a broken collar bone and my knee started to feel fatigued after a few seconds. Then I got dizzy and I fell on the ground. The ambulance rushed to me and started doing their thing.

I was rushed to a hospital. Never lost consciousness, I even remember talking on the phone in the ambulance while laying down on the board strapped. So they stuck a needle right in my fore arm. I didn't know what it was or what it was for.

When I got to the hospital I had a few X-rays taken and nothing was broken. Which is weird because the accident and the damage to my car was terrible. On a scale it was probably about 9.5 and the car was cash.

One of the things that scared the shit out of me was when they were looking into my eyes with the lighter as well as they made me open my mouth right when I had that bitch dry as hell. Good thing is they knew nothing about me smoking bud.

At the hospital I laid in the bed for like 4 hours and then I got out. One of the worst memories was when they took my clothes off, in which I had my piece and my lighter. My dad folded the clothes and put them in a personal stuff bag or whatever you call it. Nobody found my piece, thank god again.

The next day, my mom called the lawyer to find out some things. They talked for a little bit and then the lawyer asked to speak with me. As soon as I picked the phone up he asked me what happened. I told him my story. He then asked me if they took my blood, which i had no idea if they did or not. I knew I had a needle in me but me or my parents didn't know if they took the blood. Next thing he asked me was if i smoke bud, i said no. He asked it again, i said no again. He then said, something in the lines of, you have to tell me the truth because if they took your blood and it comes out that you do smoke weed then you're fucked.

At that point I totally melted, and I told him that I do smoke bud but not every day. He asked me when was the last time I smoked and I told him 2 weekends ago. Then he told me, I don't have to tell my parents, but if all of us find out that the blood was taken then the truth will come out and I could be f*cked pretty bad. So I was like, fuck it, and i told my parents that I did smoke bud. They were pretty pissed off, but i stuck with my story that I smoke every now and then, and that I wasnt high.

They believed it and they were also pretty mad that I do that shit. Later that day, my mom said that they couldn't have taken the blood, because she knows how it all works were it taken from and how its done. In a way, I kinda got fucked over by the lawyer but I was like whatever.

Turns out, the next day I got a ticket for 1 violation. It was like not yielding the car from the left or whatever and the other dude got two tickets for speeding and careless driving or something like that.

Basically, it was a shitty day for me. I thank god for escaping with a sore back a bruised collar bone and a bruised knee. But in reality this really was a fucked up accident and I wasn't even supposed to be in that place.
