Hey All,

I just went and picked up a quarter ounce from a guy that i have gone to a few times before. In the past, he (and/or his partner) have always had real good, quality mids. I have gotten as much as an ounce and a half from them at once and was always very pleased with my product.

This time, however, when I got home and started to get ready to put it into the grinder, I noticed that like 4.5 grams of my quarter was all in one bud. Generally this gets me excited because I feel like I am getting something that is much closer to the original product of the plant. That usually means less handling, breakage, etc. Anywho, I start to break the big old bud apart to put it into the grinder and as I am snapping it into pieces, seeds are just flying everywhere! Well, I decided that I wanted to inspect the product a little closer before grinding it and what I found SUCKS! I had SEVENTY (not 7 or 17 but effing SEVEN-ZERO) seeds in this one 4.5 gram bud!

So, i guess my question is, what do I do? Do I go back and bitch to the guy, do I just sort of mention it next time or do I just chalk it up to one bad bag and see what happens going forward before I make any verbal reaction to him? I would really like to hear what y'all have to say cuz I am not above admitting that I am pretty pissed off and dissappointed right now.

It's a pretty broad question because there's no solid way to confront getting screwed. More than likely they knew it was a shitty batch but prbly bought in bulk and had to sell it anyways. What I would do is tell them about it in a very polite manner (Hey man, that last bag had 70 seeds in one bud alone) and see what they're response is. Also ask to inspect and break apart the bud before you buy it, citing that as the reason

weigh the seeds in a ziplock bag and find out how much the weed actually cost, then next time you buy from him, let him know that last time xx grams of the 7 in the quarter were seeds, but politely like chronik said. if the guy is decent and you show him the seeds, maybe he'll give you a deal on the next quarter or maybe something nicer for the price. I wouldn't not tell him, but don't insult him otherwise there goes the connect.

If I were in that situation, I wouldn't go back to that dealer ever again, but that's just me.

However, I would also take the whole sack back to them and ask "what the hell's up with this?" Get his reaction.

What I do, and have had this happen, is to simply let the person know that the last sack I got was wrong. Happens a couple more times, find a new dealer. Just a couple weeks ago I bought an ounce, when I weighed it I was short about 5 grams, let him know immediatly, aint gonna happen again.
