how do you 'teach' someone to inhale? i mean, seems to me that if she knows how to breathe, she knows how to inhale... i've never heard of anyone needing help with such a thing

Instead of inhaling, a lot of first time smokers tend to puff the smoke into their mouths....Then they wonder why they're not getting high

Trust me, I've popped a lot of "lung cherries" in my day...

exactly, i just tell them to breath in deeply, and i light the bowl and do the carb and all that wonderful stuff...

i've also noticed that a lot of first-time smokers don't get how to use the carb if you just explain it and give em a pipe... and they keep the flame on the weed for their entire hit

Most long-time smokers that I know don't use the carb right...
I always end up getting the bowl back with gross smoke in it

i hate it when people do that. its like, "come on. learn how to smoke, dude."

I remember when I first started smoking no one actually explained anything. Eventually though I learned the right way. It is surprising how many people who are supposedly long time smokers dont smoke properly.

Anyway, yeah she might not get high, but just try to think of all the bad stuff that might bother her and try and get rid of as much of that as possible. Anyway everything else should be all good.

Also I totally agree about the high sex. One of my favorite things to do high.

Yeah she didn't get high. I'm 99% sure she inhaled correctly though, she was coughing and all that jazz.

Make sure to let her know that it is not uncommon for first-time tokers to not get high. That way she will be willing to try it again and not think that everyone loves smoking weed because it hurts their throat

Keep it simple.... and above all remember that many ppl dont care for the feeling the first time. Just a hit or two would be more then enough.. Best of luck
