Are you a different person when your stoned? Do you think you come across the same on the web as you really are, or are you into doing crazy shit and cussing and shit like that?

With the freedom of the web, we are going to see more and more that we may not agree with. As stoners we might even be worse because we tell so much truth........ Sometimes truth is the best "medicine" they will ever receive.

So who are you? Do you think you come across the same all the time or are you different here than anywhere else?

I like to think I'm the same, but ya never know......

Some people day im different on instant messaging, but i dont really do that anymore. Im pretty much stoned all the time, so i couldn't tell if i was different.

I can definitely agree with the instant messaging comment as I totally used to recognize that about myself. I think that probably has something to do with the lack of any confrontational element that face to face conversation has. As for the original post i think aspects of me are different in that I'm more relaxed and comfortable as far ego aspects go and I tend to be less awkward around people I don't know to well (though this is usually when they don't know I've been smoking) but overall I'd say I'm definitely still 'me'.

This is a great question Ded! I think that I am the same but I have also talked to people that I was gettin ready to smoke with that told me that smoking did not change the way that they acted all that much and that they were pretty much their normal selves only to find out that they were very different. They weren't necessarily better or worse, but much different.

I would like to think that I am basically the same person, maybe just a little more light hearted and willing to giggle! I don't smoke to make it easier for me to socialize though as I am lucky enough to have never really had a problem being social. I have also never really had a problem being honest whether stoned or sober.

Maybe y'all could tell me. I know I am goofier when I am stoned and more relaxed but if you go back and look at my posts (I am relatively new so there are not that many) you could tell me if you can see a difference. Sometimes when I post here I am stoned, other times I am dead sober.

Well.. anytime you are under an influence whether it be alcohol or drugs - You are different. When I smoke I am chill, and way more relaxed than when I am sober. and when I am drunk I'm a lot louder than I am sober.

I restrict my actions less and am more extroverted when I'm high, with a few exceptions of course, I'm basically who I've always wanted to be when I'm high.

I am the same person when I am stoned, but I do tend to talk a lot more.. basically I say what I am thinking.. or the brain-to-mouth filter doesn't work and I say things that don't make sense.. things I didn't think through, etc. But I'm still me.. just a little more laid back and careless.

I agree with Noobtasitc too.. I'm an introvert at heart but when I am stoned I am a bit more outgoing and social.

When stoned I tend to think and speak a bit more if those two can really go that well together. As for the internet I try to be the same person but it is so easy to be whoever since the veil of the internet is the thickest around.

I am definately sooooo chill when I smoke. Most of the time because I am passed out or just zoned out. I have alot better temper when dealing with my parents and brother because they stress me alot!
